These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") are intended to define the terms of sale of the services offered on the website https://edu-fiche.com and https://edu-fiche.fr (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by Pluviaux, a company registered with the RCS under the SIREN number: 948 269 568.

By accessing the EduFiche platform and subscribing to a paid subscription, the user unreservedly accepts these GTC.

EduFiche offers:

A free offer with limited access to certain features;

Two paid offers by monthly subscription:

Subscription at €6/month including VAT (Premium Standard);

Subscription at €9/month including VAT (Premium Plus), with more features.

The user must create a personal account to access the services. They commit to providing accurate, complete information and keeping it up to date.

EduFiche reserves the right to suspend or delete any account not complying with these GTC or in case of abusive or fraudulent use.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began after the consumer's express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By subscribing to EduFiche, the user accepts the immediate execution of the service and waives their right of withdrawal.

EduFiche undertakes to implement all reasonable means to ensure continuous access to its services. However, access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updates.

EduFiche cannot be held liable in the event of service interruption, errors in the generated content, or possible data loss.

All content on EduFiche (logo, graphic charter, features, AI content, etc.) is the exclusive property of Pluviaux.

Content manually created by users remains their property. The user authorizes EduFiche to host and display this content for the proper functioning of the platform.

The collected data is processed in accordance with current regulations (GDPR). For more information, consult the Privacy Policy.

Each user has a right to access, rectify, oppose, delete, and port their data.

EduFiche may suspend or delete access to an account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these GTC.

The user can delete their account at any time from their dashboard. Personal data will be deleted subject to legal retention obligations.

EduFiche reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Users will be notified by email or via the site. The new GTC will take effect 30 days after their publication, unless otherwise indicated.

These GTC are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or validity of the GTC will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
