EduFiche provides learning tools to import courses, generate study sheets, flashcards, quizzes and exams, organize revision, and publish content in a shared library.
Automatically generated content may contain errors. It is a study aid and does not replace the original course, teacher instructions, or the user's own checks.
Content is public by default and may be included in the EduFiche library. Premium subscribers may make it private. Users must only publish content they are authorized to use and must remove unnecessary personal data.
EduFiche may remove or restrict clearly unlawful, dangerous, misleading, infringing, or non-compliant content. Depending on severity or repetition, an account may be limited, suspended, or deleted. Observations may be sent to contact@edu-fiche.com.
The EduFiche brand, interface, code, presentation templates, and editorial content are protected. No rights are transferred beyond permission to use the service.
Users keep the rights they hold in uploaded and manually created content. They grant EduFiche a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license limited to the hosting, technical adaptation, reproduction, and display needed to operate the service and, for public content, its distribution in the library.
To the extent automatically generated content is protected, EduFiche retains rights in its selection, structure, and presentation. Users receive a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, print, and share generated results, subject to rights in source materials.
EduFiche uses reasonable means to provide the service without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or error-free output. Maintenance, incidents, or security measures may temporarily interrupt access.
Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights, the statutory digital conformity guarantee, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Users remain responsible for checking content, keeping any useful backup, and deciding how generated results are used.
Service, privacy, and potentially unlawful content reports may be sent to contact@edu-fiche.com. Reports should identify the sender, the content, its location, and the exact grounds.
Copyright matters are detailed in the Copyright Policy. Sales and subscriptions are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
