General Terms and Conditions of Sale – EduFiche

These terms are provided by Robin Pluviaux, a French sole trader operating under the trade name Pluviaux, established at 104 rue Le Désert, 47200 Montpouillan, France, SIREN 948 269 568, SIRET 948 269 568 00010, contact@edu-fiche.com.

French VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

These terms govern paid subscriptions to the EduFiche digital service offered to consumers on edu-fiche.com and app.edu-fiche.com. They are provided before purchase and may be saved by the user.

Free accounts are also subject to the terms of use in the Legal Notice.

EduFiche is available from age 15. A paid subscription must be purchased by an adult or with authorization from a legal representative. A representative purchasing for a minor is responsible for payment.

EduFiche provides document import and analysis, study sheet, flashcard, quiz and exam generation, revision planning, progress tracking, and a public content library.

The service requires a compatible device, a recent browser, Internet access, and a valid email address. Plan features and quotas are shown before purchase.

As of this version, Premium costs EUR 9.99 per month or EUR 60 per year. The price and billing frequency shown at checkout prevail. French VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Temporary promotions, trials, and launch prices are governed by the conditions displayed at checkout.

The order is completed when the user selects a plan, checks the price and billing frequency, accepts the applicable terms, and confirms payment through Stripe. Confirmation is sent by email.

Stripe processes payment data and may apply its own security checks. EduFiche does not store the full payment card number.

Subscriptions run for one month or one year and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.

A price change applying at the next renewal is announced on a durable medium at least 30 days in advance. EduFiche may keep an existing price for selected subscribers. Users who reject the new price may cancel before it applies.

Users may cancel free of charge at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation is confirmed by email and takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the law provides a more favorable outcome.

Premium access then ends and the account returns to the free plan. Private content may lose private status according to the features stated at purchase. No further charge is made.

Consumers have 14 days from contract conclusion to notify withdrawal at contact@edu-fiche.com without giving a reason.

Where immediate performance is requested, a proportionate amount may remain due for the service supplied before withdrawal when the legal conditions are met. Loss of the right for digital content requires prior express consent, an express waiver, and confirmation on a durable medium. First use alone is not an automatic waiver.

As a commercial policy, EduFiche issues a full refund for requests received within 14 days where Premium has not been used. Refunds are sent to the original payment method within the statutory period.

“Unlimited” means normal personal use without a monthly generation quota. High hourly technical limits apply to prevent automation, account sharing, resale, service saturation, and manifestly abusive costs.

When reached, the relevant feature may be temporarily delayed. These limits must not prevent the advertised reasonable individual use. EduFiche informs the user when a limit applies.

Consumers benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee for digital content and services throughout continuous supply. They may request conformity free of charge and within a reasonable time.

Where conformity is impossible, refused, late, or causes a major inconvenience, consumers may obtain a price reduction or contract termination under the French Consumer Code. These rights are not limited by a commercial guarantee.

Users retain rights they hold in source and manual content and warrant they may use it. Content is public by default unless made private through Premium.

EduFiche retains rights in the service, templates, structure, selection, and presentation to the extent permitted by law. Users receive a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, print, and share generated results, subject to third-party rights in source material.

AI results may contain errors and their legal protection may vary. Users must check them before an exam, publication, or other important use.

EduFiche may temporarily suspend a feature or account for security, maintenance, fraud, abuse, or a serious breach, using proportionate measures and informing the user where possible.

EduFiche remains liable where required by law. Nothing excludes liability for gross negligence, personal injury, breach of essential obligations, or a statutory guarantee. EduFiche is not responsible for harm caused by unlawful material supplied by the user or use contrary to instructions.

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Account deletion cancels the subscription and removes active account data, except for invoices, evidence, security information, or data that must be kept by law or for a dispute.

Complaints must first be sent to contact@edu-fiche.com so an amicable solution can be sought.

EduFiche has not yet completed membership with a consumer mediator. The mediator's details will be added here once membership is finalized. This does not remove any other statutory remedy.

These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers in another country of mandatory local protection. Consumers may bring proceedings before any court having jurisdiction under applicable rules.
